NOTE WITH REGARD TO HB 220: Joyner mentions that HB 220 requires notice to residence of violations, but what the article does not mention is the language following that which, to my understanding, essentially overrides Senator James's work at that time to require mediation. The language is "the association may pursue injunctive relief without the need or requirement to first pursue or utilize any other remedies, regardless of whether other remedies may be available or might otherwise be adequate ..."
